QUALITY CONTROL DESCRIPTION:

1.- FOUNDATIONS AND STRUCTURE:
Foundations are made up of cement flagstone.
The structure is made up of interconnecting, shaped reinforced steel with pillars made of reinforced concrete.

2.- EXTERIOR ENCLOSURES:
Enclosures of the exterior facade are finished in the Italian capuchin single layered style. The capuchin will include thermal and acoustic insulation of sprayed polyurethane.

3.- FLOORS AND FINISHINGS:
Sitting-room, bedrooms and hallway will be finished with top quality Spanish marble. In both kitchens and bathrooms there are top quality non-slip stoneware floorings. The kitchens and bathrooms will be decorated in top class tiles. The terraces will be finished in rustic stoneware.

4.- INTERIOR TOUCHES:
Both the kitchens and bathrooms ceilings will be plaster finished and painted in smooth washable paint. The whole dwelling will be decorated and the walls and ceilings finished in plaster and painted with smooth plastic paint..

5.- EXTERIOR JOINERY:
The exterior joinery will be made up of white lacquered aluminium doors and windows with contours for double glazing. Glazing designed in climalit (Spain’s market leader in double glazing and associated systems) style: 4-6-4. Safety glass will be used for the bathroom windows. All windows include roll-up aluminium blinds.

6.- INTERIOR JOINERY:
White lacquered reinforced entrance doors with a steel plate, security locks, with three anchorage points and lever-proof hinges.

7.- PLUMBING AND HOT WATER:
White glazed porcelain bathroom fittings. Chromed taps will be used throughout. A 150 litre water heater will be installed. All the plumbing and piping systems will be approved.

8.- ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS:
NIESSEN (low voltage products and systems) installations; or similar. TV socket, telephone and cable TV as regulated; TV satellite dish for open channels; individual automatic video entry-phone per dwelling; electrical socket on terraces.

9.- PRE-INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONING:
Pre-Installation of air-conditioning by means of split (for both heating and cooling) type of machinery.

10.- UNDERGROUND (GARAGES):
Automatic motorized garage doors, set up for remote control. Lift from garage.

11.- QUALITY CONTROL:
Quality control is fulfilled by an approved company.
