QUALITY CONTROL DESCRIPTION:

1.- FOUNDATIONS AND STRUCTURE:
Foundations are made up of cement flagstone.
The structure is made up of interconnecting, shaped reinforced steel and pillars made of reinforced concrete.

2.- EXTERIOR ENCLOSURES:
Enclosures of the exterior facade are finished in the Italian capuchin style and painted. The capuchin will include thermal and acoustic insulation of sprayed polyurethane. The exterior will be painted with specialised all-weather paint; the colour will be chosen to match the exterior natural rock covering masonry by the management.

3.- FLOORS AND FURNISHINGS:
Sitting-room and hall in Spanish marble, bedrooms and hallways layed with suspended “Pergo” floors, the style to be chosen by the management. The kitchens and bathrooms will be tiled with top quality anti-slip stoneware floorings. The kitchens and bathrooms will be covered in first class stoneware, the family bathroom will have Spanish marble to be chosen by the management, and the counter top surrounds of the washbasins will be made in matching marble. The terraces will have exterior porcelain tiles, the terrace roofs will be made from pre-cast concrete.

4.- INTERIOR TOUCHES:
The kitchen and bathroom shall have plaster covered ceilings painted with smooth plastic paint. The whole dwelling will be decorated, and the walls and ceilings painted with smooth plastic paint.

5.- EXTERIOR JOINERY:
The exterior joinery will be made up of lacquered aluminium, colour to be chosen by the management, with contours for double glazing. Double glazing designed in the “climalit” style, will have translucent glass for the bathroom windows, and accompanying roll-up aluminium blinds.

6.- PLUMBING AND HOT WATER:
White glazed porcelain bathroom fittings, chrome taps throughout. Hot water provided by a hot water tank; all the plumbing and piping will be approved.

7.- ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS
NIESSEN installations (low voltage products and systems) , or similar. TV socket, telephone and cable TV as regulated, individual automatic video entry-phone, electrical socket and water on sun terrace.

8.- AIR-CONDITIONING AND HEATING INSTALLATIONS:
Air-conditioning installed with heat-pump. Pre-instalment of heating by mains gas.

9.- BASEMENT:
Individual closed basement, with a water tap and electricity, division between the storage room and the access to the above floor by means of two fire-resistant doors, as regulated, the basement’s paving in pre-cast concrete.

10.- QUALITY CONTROL:
Quality control is fulfilled by an approved company.
